Subscription Plans

Billing, Renewal, and Refunds

Payments for subscriptions are processed through third-party processors, including PayPal and Paymob. Your card details are not stored on Oman QR servers. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Refunds are subject to our refund policy, which is outlined on our website.

Ownership of Generated QR Codes and User Content

All generated QR codes and user content remain the property of the user. However, by using our service, you grant Oman QR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your QR codes and content for the purpose of providing the service.

Service Availability and Support

We strive to provide continuous access to our services; however, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. Support can be reached via email at rashdis@simahum.om.

Limitation of Liability

Oman QR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last twelve months.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Oman QR does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or the service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
