Oman QR provides QR code generation and management services, including static and dynamic QR codes, scan analytics, and related tools. Some features are available through paid subscription plans.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
Oman QR offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through our supported payment gateways. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
5. QR Code Usage
You retain ownership of the content linked through your QR codes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content linked via your QR codes does not violate any laws or third-party rights. Oman QR reserves the right to disable QR codes that link to illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.
6. Dynamic QR Codes
Dynamic QR codes allow you to change the destination URL after creation. Dynamic QR codes will continue to redirect even if your subscription expires, but you will not be able to edit the target URL without an active paid subscription.
7. Intellectual Property
The Oman QR platform, including its design, features, and technology, is the intellectual property of Oman QR. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Oman QR is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. In no event shall Oman QR be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in any activity that may harm the service or other users. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
10. Modifications to Terms
Oman QR reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
